Thank you for your gram purchase and supporting our 4th Grade Student Leadership Group!
Please make sure to notate below who the grams are to be delivered to and from, and who the recipients Teacher is. The grade will work if you don't have a teachers name.  You must provide the Students first AND Last name. You can list out individual names, or say "entire class", or let us know that you want your student to choose and complete the grams at school. If they choose to fill them out themselves at school, you can still purchase online - to fill them out: Your Student must stop by the Gram sale before school, immediately after they get off the bus or parent drop off. We will be in the undercover area on the playground every morning from Feb10 -13th. Grams can be purchased for Students, Teachers, Staff or Office Staff! 
 
In the first field below, enter the Recipient(s) First AND Last name (If you are buying for an entire class, we do not need names, just notate "entire class"). If you are buying more than one gram, please notate them as the example below:
#1: First & last name of recipient
Teacher Name
#2: First & last name of recipient
Teacher Name
...and so on.
